Our Classes

These are our most popular classes.

Ashtanga Yoga
ASHTANGA YOGA

The Ashtanga Yoga practice has its origin in the south of India. In OM Collective Tulum we invite you to learn the basics of Tristana, an introduction to the primary series and begin your journey to a dedicated and empowering Yoga practice.

RESTORATIVE / YIN YOGA
Restorative / Yin Yoga

Yin and Restorative Yoga utilize stillness in order to get deep into your connective tissues (fascia). The intensity comes from finding the stillness in the posture. Typically you are holding postures for 3-5 minutes, giving you a sense of grounding and surrendering in your practice. Consider it a special opportunity to explore a more gentle, passive and soft practice.

VINYASA YOGA
VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is probably the most common style of Yoga practice nowadays. It is a dynamic practice, where your breath is your guide to connect one posture with the next one. We are exercising the physical structure to release toxins and with the help of prolonged breath find stillness in the mind.

KUNDALINI YOGA
KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the dormant energy at the base of the spine through postures, mudras, breathing, meditation, and chanting mantras. The sequences, known as "Kriyas", are designed to target specific chakras (energy centers). Many of these Kriyas can be done sitting or lying down, making them very accessible for beginners as well as practicing from home.

Jorge Moreno Apaez
Jorge

Thoughtful, warm, with a sense of humor ("meow")

For Jorge, yoga is a practice that extends far beyond the mat. Through Ashtanga, philosophy, cacao ceremonies, temazcal, and a deep love for his cats, he has found a unique way of sharing movement. His classes are dynamic, mindful, and welcoming, always reminding us that the practice begins with honest self-observation.

Carolina
CARO

Calm, precision, and sensitivity.

Rooted in Hatha Yoga and shaped by a journey that continues to unfold since traveling to India, she guides classes where breath, movement, and mantra chanting come together to create a space of calm and connection. Her gentle voice and grounded presence remind us that we're often not lost—we simply need to reconnect with ourselves.

Guadalupe Pra Baldi
Lupe

Energy, joy, and movement.

For Lupe, yoga is a space to create, explore, and connect. Inspired by Ashtanga Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism, her Vinyasa classes are fluid, creative, and always evolving. Between sharing mate with friends, long conversations, and hours devoted to studying biomechanics, she continues to discover new ways of inhabiting the body with curiosity, sensitivity, and awareness.

Omar
OMAR

Restoration, breath, and stillness.

Some teachers guide you through postures. Others create spaces where you can truly rest. Omar is one of them. His practice has evolved from a dynamic and creative Vinyasa into a deeply intentional and nurturing Restorative Yoga. Inspired by his journeys to India, meditation, and therapeutic massage, he offers classes where sound, breath, mindful adjustments, and simple rituals invite students to slow down, reconnect, and restore from within.

Fundraising

In Tulum we laid the foundations to bring Yoga and conscious events to all people no matter where they come from - making Yoga accessible in a Mexican beach town that couldn't have bigger contrasts. We give free classes in the sports field to local people that want to try Yoga, but also can be booked for your private class in a big Villa in one the newly developed areas. Also we teach Yoga to the staff of hotels. Get to know more about our vision - and reach out if you want to become a donor to help us continue our work all year round.

We are just two blocks of the main road and look forward to welcoming you in what is now our sanctuary (Yoga shala) for more than 4 years.
